BeMoreFlex provides mobility and wellness content to support a personal movement practice.

Wellness, not medical care

BeMoreFlex does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. Listen to your body, adapt movements, and consult a qualified professional if you have pain, an injury, or a health concern.

Responsible use

You agree to use the website and app lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these terms. BeMoreFlex original text, illustrations, and visual assets may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

In-app purchases

Purchases or subscriptions made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and remain subject to the applicable App Store terms. You can manage a subscription through your Apple account.

The iOS app is licensed under the standard Apple EULA linked below. These terms describe the website and service; they do not replace that license.

The total price, billing period, included features, and any trial terms are displayed in the app before purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If a trial is offered and you do not want to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings and restore purchases in BeMoreFlex settings. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable terms; a refund is not guaranteed. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Changes

BeMoreFlex may change this website, the app, or these terms. The date above shows the version currently in effect. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
